Ok, and here is a question in your case…. What’s your opinion may be the greatest stuff that makes it possible to finally give up smoking nicotine?
Well, let’s kick the doorway right in. I do believe it’s perseverence!
My business is believing that any person who is basically determined to quit, will succeed. For instance my pops was a very heavy smoker for 55 years repeatedly, smoking on average 2 packages daily. Whilst started having medical problems (he had his first heart attack after 53 a great deal of smoking), he said “sure, Let me quit, if that’s gonna help me”.
That had been just a solution he knew his doctors and his wife (my mother) desired to hear at the time. He wasn’t really convinced of the should quit, so he started smoking again. First secretly, then back to normal. One full year later, they got his second stroke, then precisely the same means to the doctors and the family, about his smoking habit.
Guess what happens happened, he didn’t quit but happened to be his third attack, again 1 year later during the cold months. Things looked terrible right then for him. Every one of us had many conversations with him about his smoking addiction, but we knew he had being convinced from inside himself. Last but not least, he made that advertise to himself and the family which he will not touch another cigarette anymore. We might think that it was different on this occasion. Who advertise felt less empty words anymore and the man knew deep-down inside, until this was probably it, his last chance….
So he chose to live rather than smoking. He was finally 100% determined and absolutely nothing could stop him. And yes, he succeeded to stop smoking nicotine after 55 many years of heavy smoking. I do think which is a great achievement after numerous years. When you perceive it, the only thing that had changed this time around, was his mindset about smoking.
During the time I’m penning this my father remains alive and well. He’s stopped for 12 years, never had any serious issues with his health anymore, since the day he chose to to give up smoking. Since you know what? Our body is a good looking thing that constantly attempts to heal and cure itself.
I understand that if he could take action, after being seriously enslaved by the smoking for 55 years, anyone could undertake it. But you need to be convinced for the full 100%, 99% will not be enough. If you think maybe you can actually use some guidance or help, then look into one of several links below.
